Bakery By Textbook started with a simple belief: that the best bread needs nothing more than good ingredients, patience, and a little love. We opened our doors on Hancock St with flour on our aprons and a whole lot of hope.
Today, we're still doing the same thing — just with a few more regulars who know exactly how they take their coffee. Every loaf, every croissant, every seasonal special is made here, in-house, the old-fashioned way.
